Yueyang Shen

Yueyang is studying Data Science and is the Spacekime Analytics Leader on the Statistical Online Computational Resource (SOCR) team. He was selected as a MDP Summer Research Fellow, allowing further time to conduct research on this MDP team.

“MDP gives me the opportunity to interact with professors and learn from other students with different backgrounds within the research team. Throughout the training, I am mesmerized by the transdisciplinary interactions of my major and learned to articulate abstract intuitions, philosophical analogies, and rigorous mathematical reasoning.”

Yueyang plans to graduate in 2021 and pursue a career in data science.
