Rongqian Zhang

Rongqian is studying Applied Statistics and works on the Statistical Online Computational Resource (SOCR) team doing data analysis and R package development on Spacekime Analytics, Time Complexity, and Inferential Uncertainty (TCIU).

“My journey at MDP is both challenging and rewarding, not only preparing me for research with professional rigor, but also advancing my skills of overcoming obstacles. More importantly, the research experience has educated me about how innovative ideas are carried out in the scientific world, so that I am more determined than ever before to pursue an academic career.”

Rongqian is currently applying to PhD programs in Statistics or Biostatistics to begin in the Fall of 2021.
