Hello, My name is Brian Schroll and I am a graduate student in the Climate and Space Sciences and Engineering Department pursuing my Masters in Space Engineering through the SUGS program. I also received my undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Aerospace engineering. I have worked multiple internships in very diverse environments. Most recently at General Motors and Space Systems Loral within structural analysis positions, and also at Molex within a product design role. I have been the Project Manager of the Michigan Balloon Recovery and Satellite Testbed (MBuRST) for two years where I have lead the team and designed multiple electrical systems to aid in our balloon flights that have reached altitudes of up to 100,000 feet in Earth’s atmosphere.
Come talk to me about anything Aerospace Engineering related. Wether it be about the industry in general or the classes that Michigan offers and I have taken in undergrad
Come talk to me about leading student teams or how to work productively within them.
Come talk to me about anything mechanical, structural or design related also!
